      Give it another three or four days. Except for iTunes, they take 30 days for it to be credited.

          Literally tens of thousands points since September 2017 when I realised that all my David Jones purchases could have netted me Velocity points, so yes I do have first hand experience in regards to these matters.

                @gadgetguy: I got an e-mail today saying that my points from my David Jones purchase on November 17 would be credited. The qualifying e-mail was sent on November 19 … Which is 31 days ago. You just need to be patient.

          Then your purchase wasn’t recorded. Try using incognito mode and make sure everything is done in the same window that you clicked through Velocity on

              @Samsungnote10: Wilson doesn't appear in eStore, ever. It has nothing to do with the eStore. They show up in your Velocity account.

    Some people might be having success with incognito but I never have - because incognito tend to block cookies and tracking etc.

    I noticed with estore there is sometimes an unsafe script that is blocked, if you are quick enough you can click the load script button, and purchases tend to track better I found. The icon spares for a second where the blocked pop up window icon appears in the address bar

      Which browser did you use? I use Chrome when shopping incognito because if I didn't use incognito, my purchases wouldn't track due to saved cookies (incognito is supposed to clear your cookies). I've been using the eStore since September 2017 with many successfully tracked purchases, especially from David Jones.

      I wonder why a lot of people are having difficulty getting their Wilson Parking transactions credited. 🤔 I parked last night and got credited for it today.

    BP - credited in 2 days
    Wilson - book and no show credited in a couple of days
    Auto barn - buy online no collect no credit. Bought again in person, receipt shows velocity number. No credit yet (10 days)
    eBay via estore - confirm email. No credit (almost a month)

    Can’t work out what to do for the 5th thing yet. Sendle?

      If you don't have Flybuys, then do Sendle by the end of the month so you get the bonus 2000 points they are offering, in addition to the 5000 points you get from going from 4 to 5 eligible transactions.

      Skybus is credited once tickets are bought. It's $17.50 for the cheapest ticket though which only gets you 100 points. Might as well book Wilson Parking for an hour at the cheapest car park you can find.

          click on buy tickets -> chose trip -> select fare type (adult/kid) / journey / quantity -> enter velocity number -> enter contact details -> pay

          not all trips are eligible for velocity. if you don't see velocity details after selecting your trip then you have to chose a different trip

    Just got my wish donation confirmed for 1 point.

    I have now gotten points from:

    e-store (after about 1m)
    BP Fuel (2 days)
    Skybus (1-2days)
    Flybuys with the $50 gift card promotion (3-4days)
    Wilson parking (1day after parking booking, no show)

    My autobarn bucket purchase never came through.

    So I'm glad I did a spare purchase as that never came through. I now have 5 and should get the full bonus.

    Ive met my criteria but having rotten luck

    So im doing extra transactions to ensure.

    Eg. Ive done a second wilson parking . Since my first pne frok 6 weeks ago hasnt credited. Even emailed and called support they reckon first week of jan for a reply.

    My autobahn from about a week ago hasnt credited

    My starlight donation from about 3 weeks ago is still pending

    So im doing a sendle and sending myself a letter

      My Wilson took a bit over 2 weeks, 2 bookings one a day after the other, both credited to Velocity on the same day. Autobarn took 3 weeks. Given it's Christmas and new years, I'd expect them to take a little longer now.

      My e-store points were backdated to the date of transaction rather than the date they actually came in. I hope that helps.

      Yes they will need to be approved and in your velocity account by the 8th. No purchases on the estore go through in 1 day, you will have to make another transaction.

      I don't think they'll need to be in the account by the 8th, the terms only state that you must earn them before the 8th. They are always back dated anyway. They say it can take up to 12 weeks after the 8th for the bonus points to be credited so that will allow for any delays in pending points.
