  OW price beat it for me for the 128GB iPad ($499 at Bing Lee + $9 postage) x 95% = $482.60, took a phone call and about 3 minutes of my valuable time so that worked out well. OW price beat the competitor's price + postage by 5%, should work for you? Basically means you get discounted postage as $9 less 5% is better than most stores for postage.
