    This. I purchased the Sony’s and couldn’t believe this. I hear this isn’t an issue if you use Android? Only Apple. Sony’s were great, except for this, Bose handles it flawlessly

      That and dual Bluetooth connection are probably it's only strong points compared to Sony's. Anything else (sound quality debatable) XM3's are better IMO.

      Marginally more comfortable, but lose out in sound quality and NC except for multipoint connections. Also the old school single button for music control is crap.
