    with lime scooter coming to Australia, personally I think it won't be long until this is legal to be used in our streets.

    Although it is not road legal and we do recommend that it be used on private land only. However, it is the rider's discretion on where they choose to use it.

    We always do suggest checking the local state laws however we have had no issues from any of our customers who have purchased the Mearth e-Scooter in regards to this.
