      With significantly worse speakers, seen them in stores - even a peg below the home mini in sound quality, volume, distortion.

  Is it compatible with apple product?
  For example,chrome cast is not working with iPad or iphone.

    Yes, you can voice activate it to cast onto Chromecast devices.

    Not compatible with Apple.

    All the apple devices in our home (iPad minis and iPhone) can cast to our chrome-cast devices with google software. eg. YouTube app, Google play music etc …

      I tried 2 cast Optus sport from my iPad 2 Chromecast and its not working. I then used Apple TV and it’s seamless.

  I have to say how awesome this is as a bedside alarm clock.

  You can set the screen to show a clock in ambient mode.

  You can control your music by voice

  You can set your alarms via voice that come straight out of the Google home.

  You can ask it to play relaxing sounds, or the sound of rain, to help you fall asleep.

  and of course

  I can lock my smart lock doors

  I can control my smart lights

  I can start my washing machine

  I can start my vacuum

  I can start.my purifier

  I can start my essential oil humidifier

  I can cast to the TV

  Well worth it

    You can do all of this from the google assistant on your phone, or the mini. This just has a screen.

    No - it's not a tablet. You might be able to bring up your CCTV feeds if your CCTV system (or any middleware) supports Chromecast.

  For some reason eBay is saying it can’t be applied to my order?! I just put the google home hub in my cart. Then I removed it and put a Dyson in there. Still no dice. And apparently the code is still valid because it’s still being advertised on the site. Also made sure it wasn’t from the excluded stores. Any ideas why?

    Code works for me in the app, maybe clear your cookies and Chace or try another browser.
