Not as simple as that. each has their own strengths, what you should buy depends on your particular situation. If you must have the best colour reproduction then by all accounts the panasonic 950 (which I assume you are referring to) is a no brainer. Otherwise do your research to see which of the weaknesses you can live with for the strengths you want. Bot TVs are good, I would have certainly gone OLED if I had a dedicated media room and watched mainly blu rays and netflix.
Thoughts on the Sony compared to this TV?
