    This just in:

    Hello,

Just a quick note in relation to your order of the Samsung GEAR S3 Frontier

Due to the Black Friday Sales Event. This unit was an absolute Bargain!

our systems could not cope, and we have unfortunately sold more then what we physically have.

This was not planned, its was simply a unforeseen system error.

The good news is we are still getting a BIG batch of stock VERY VERY Soon

( within the next few business days, hopefully tomorrow ) and any remaining orders will be fulfilled

before mid December (as per a promise from our supplier).

If you have already received tracking information, then please disregard this email

Rest assured, if there is anything we can do to speed up the process, we are doing it,

If you wish to to cancel you order, we have no issue please just reply in writing and we will sort it out.

Thanks again, Your patience is much appreciated and we apologies for inconvenience caused.

    Kind Regards

    • Yup. Got this too

Got tracking number on Sunday, but haven't received the watch yet. I've been told on the phone that there are delays due to the flood…lol

    • mines scanned in, then nothing since, but its still saying Monday

  • +2

After having a look at some of their negative feedback this seems to be ongoing issue. Many other people complaining about items sold that aren't in stock and waiting for their items for weeks. Please leave appropriate feedback because this is just ridiculous

  • Anyone had any progress in their delivery?
Mine has been stuck in the Melbourne depot since Sunday night… It's probably only 10 minutes away from its destination… So close yet so far…

  • mine showed yesterday, tracking showed next to nothing, i'd actually rang and she said wait a few days, then suddenly was out for delivery, received it 9 days after receiving tracking number, Syd-Mel.

  • Nothing yet. No tracking nothing. Onlh got that email. :(
Anyone else yet to get a tracking?

    • +1

Same, got nothing besides the email above explaining the delayed. Tempted to just pick one up at local good guys store for $270. Thoughts from anyone??

      • good guys has it for 270?

        • +1

          299 advertised + 10% off store wide :)

      • Yeah, I'm doing that. Really don't mind paying the extra 20 plus i know i can pick up stock that's here locally. Don't know where bing lee is sourcing theirs from in desperation. Just sceptical since they're just giving excuses now it seems

    • I have a tracking number that is erratic.

As of this morning it was stuck at the last scan being at the Melbourne depot on Sunday.
Just checked now and the scan updated to in transit on Monday! (Today is Wednesday).

Maybe they're system is messed up and getting the days wrong.

  • Good dam news guys, they promise, if things go right, to delivery this Friday…. the rest of the order or not? Dam

    • Is there a chance of better deals over boxing day?

      • Logically it should be the case.

Just as Sony M3 i bought during a very special deal in Oct as NSW alumni thought that the price is unbeatable at least until Xmas…just 3 weeks later so many deal at 350 and few weeks later is under $300

Electronic devices, once they get to a low price, thought to be a bargain that that time, they will certainly come back to that low price very soon and set new normal price at that low price….

        • True. Especially this watch is so old. But seem to hold value. I am quite surprised. I have requested refund from BLee. So might as well see what the new year holds.

          • +1

@bizarredeal: It's now can be considered as having new normal price of $299 already. I dont think it can hold longer until $249 or even lower again

    Hello,

Just a quick update for you on the delivery of the Samsung S3 Watch

Our supplier has confirmed HUGE batches of stock are headed to us this week,

The moment they arrive they are the Highest Priority.

If all goes well we will have all orders on the way before this Friday.

Again, if any issues, more then happy to process a prompt refund.

    Kind Regards
    Chris Henderson

  • The promised quick refund is the next lie. Waiting now three days without even a response, let alone refund. But hey, at least they are getting appropriate feedback slowly

    • I would follow up for sure. Requested refund yesterday, got an email receipt from binglee within 2 hrs confirming it was cancelled.

Reflected on eBay and PayPal today.. interestingly enough they refunded 299+9 delivery. Will wait and see what lands in my account!

      • That's awesome. How much refund did you get?

  • +1

Got a email saying item has been posted. ETA friday! Yay

    • I'm convinced mine has been lost by Australia Post…

    • Did it turn up today?

I spoke with Australia Post and they reckon there is a 50/50 chance mine has been lost…
I need to wait till Monday before they can process a claim and will have to rely on Bing Lee in initiating this…

      • Why do you think it's lost?
The tracking information is all over the place for mine:
        -information received
        -we've got the item
        -pickup information received

        • Well when i spoke with the AusPost rep he didn't sound to confident that it would be delivered, but said i'd have to wait for Monday before they could lodge the claim.

This is what the tracking history shows:

it said the estimated delivery date was supposed to be Wednesday 5 Dec.

          • @edrift: How odd!
They really stuffed this one up didn't they!
I'll be leaving my first negative ebay review (after I get the item though ha)

          • @edrift: Yeah they just messaged to say it's been lost lol

  • +1

    Got it delivered today! Yay

  • Anyone else having issues setting up? My phone sits on Pairing Underway forever.
Looks to be a semi regular issue online but nothing I've tried works.

I am using a Sharp Aquos S2 so maybe it's not compatible. Don't see why though.

    • Nevermind sorted this out, incompatible.

      • Same boat as you, Aquos S2 owner. Can't get it to sync with Samsung app but can connect via usual bluetooth route and receive call notifications. Did you find an online resource telling you it's incompatible?

        • Yeah I emailed Samsung. Not compatible according to the fairly copy-paste standard response I got. They just go by the compatibility list though, which the S2 is not on. (Original Aquos is)
          Planning to sell mine haha

  • Just got this from Bing Lee…

We have been advised by Australia Post.
"We regret to advise that despite enquiries made via our facilities, our efforts to locate the missing item have not been successful. I've also searched the Returned Mail Centre (RMRC) database which is where undeliverable, damaged or loose items are logged and unfortunately, have not been able to locate a match for you. All possible avenues for our investigation have been exhausted and therefore we deem this article lost in transit [LIT]."

    • +1

      Oh crap… That means they've lost 2!

Although they may have found mine. A week later it received a tracking update after radio silence and an investigation raised.

I will believe it when I see it.

      • Exactly!
They're mailing me a new one apparently
        What a nightmare!
First and last time I buy from Bing Lee haha

        • did they post a new one yet and did you get a tracking number?

They have now told me i need to wait till the 19th before they can consider sending a replacement… mine is still in limbo.

          • @edrift: I just got an update today telling me it should be here Tuesday.
            What a joke

            • @lachhelix: The Lost one or new one?

              I can't trust them…

              • @edrift: Me either - the new one apparantly..

                • @lachhelix: It gets worse…
The rocket scientists at auspost have now sent the parcel back to Sydney from the sunshine West facility… Wtf???
It was meant to go to Southbank…

  • +1

Those of you who supposedly have a tracking number from Bing Lee and the item is at Australia Post MELBOURNE VIC facility, please create a MyPost account with the address and contact number that you have with eBay. Log into MyPost and type in the tracking number and check to see where the watch is being delivered to.

They screwed me over by delaying my refund and then falsely created a postage label that was of the correct receiver name but the address was their warehouse! Using that information from MyPost, I successfully got a refund from eBay. Such disgusting delay tactic.

I have also pointed out to the eBay Customer Support that they were also messaging me via my private email account instead of my eBay message and that they were asking me to request a refund (if I wanted to) by replying to the email which is a BIG no no.

    • Damn that sucks.

So far mine has been AWOL for a week now. Scans magically turned up last night and was supposed to arrive today. Then I get an SMS today saying it's unlikely to arrive today and there are no updated scans again today.

I just checked my auspost account and it's showing the correct address… So fingers crossed it arrives.
I already received a metal band for it that I ordered at the same time!

I will be really pissed off if it doesn't arrive and they refund me.

I have been battling with Bing Lee to chase up auspost about this missing parcel.

  • So I finally recieved it…. and it only took the better part of 4 weeks :|
Got the $9 refunded and am just formulating a really good paragraph for my negative eBay feedback!
First & last time Bing Lee

    • Lucky you… I'm still waiting. Mine is bouncing around NSW now…

    • Ok my watch finally arrived after 1 month, just in time for Christmas.

How do I go about getting this $9 refund? I just sent them a message via eBay
