  Webjet Servicing Fee: Domestic $21.95, NZ/Pacific $24.95, International $32.95.

  There are a lot of negatives booking via this mob in terms of seat selection, online checkin, and if things go wrong the old carrier truck ‘contact your travel agent’. Just save the hassle (and cash) and just book VA etc direct..

  I only use webjet for comparison….you have to pay them for their service…which I always ask "what service?"

    It’s the service of them staying in business. You are essentially just paying to prop them up. Service fees is the only income for them.

    The whole business model is flawed.
