    There are a couple of models above this which have LED touch screens. You can sometimes find great deals on factory seconds (e.g. Eletta Cappuccino is $699 (RRP is $1299)).

    For those interested, I've had a 'Factory Second' PrimaDonna Elite for almost 12 months now with zero problems. The simple operation via the touch screen LED is great. Cleaning is fairly simple (mainly empty the coffee grinds and water tray).

    I haven't installed the app as I find the controls adequate. About the only annoyance is the need to check the water level, because occasionally it has run out making a long black (only 3/4 full).

    If you like pod machines, but don't like the waste, this is for you.
