    For the best pancakes…

    • 2 cups milk
    • 2 tablespoons white vinegar
    • mix
    • add 2 cups self raising flour
    • 2 eggs
    • 1/3 cup of sugar
    • vanilla
    • 1 teaspoon baking soda
    • mix
    • cook
    • drench in proper maple syrup (not maple flavoured syrup)

      Get rid of the vinegar and sugar, replace the SR flour with either coconut flour or oat bran, replace maple syrup with your favourite fruit. Then you'd have a healthy recipe.

      double the baking soda. they probably cook in a small pan so the batter has to rise rather then spread.
