  • 6 kettlebells for under $25 is good.

    • It's a kettlebell workout program, you'll need to get kettlebells elsewhere (or from them if you can spare the shipping)

      • pm me. or allow pm in your settings so I can pm you. (Keen on the referral link)

    • The product name is "Onnit Six" and it's a program, you won't be getting 6 individual weights.

      • I think OMIT 6 is a better name for this advertisement. Just download the free kettlebell app on your phone and enjoy your workout.

        • This program is a lot more thorough & extensive. For $50 it is cheap compared to most of the garbage out there.

@stickymoo: I really doubt it. Heaps of free stuff for kettlebell workouts with excellent information.

@[Deactivated]: A 6 week program with complete video workouts, nutrition plans & guided. There’s a free kettlebell app that does that?

  • Has anyone used the ONNIT Alpha brain supplements? Seems interesting.

    • There’s better nootropics out there

      • Ohh yeah, new to the game, suggestions please?

Bacopa Monnieri (specifically Bacoside A) works great for me, I'm keen on trying lions mane mushroom as from what I've read it looks right for the purpose.

          • @fat queenslander: Could you suggest a retail purchase? Alpha Brain has always been a bit too expensive

            • +2

@phxsun: Currently I am getting mine from Chempro as I have a store close to work. Oriental Botanicals - Brain IQ
But you could probably get cheaper if you go to health food stores on their "special" days when supplements/herbs are xx% off
Haven't checked iHerb and the like… don't forget to use cashrewards!

              • @fat queenslander: Been trying to look up review over the last couple of days and can't find much. All look to be paid reviews (accounts with only 1 comment etc). Can you provide your review of the Oriental Botanicals - Brain IQ?

                Much appreciated

                • @Archaleas: I have been taking bacopa for the past 2 years and taking Oriental Botanicals - Brain IQ for the past 6 months. I'm only buying it as it's the cheapest option at the chemist close to work, In my opinion it does what it's supposed to do.

I have had good results from:
                  * Herbs of gold - super brahmi 6000
                  * Fusion Health - Memory. Same product exactly as Oriental Botanicals - Brain IQ, both the bottle, label and pills. Only difference is the graphic on the label.
                  * Swisse - Memory Focus
                  * Keen mind (my overpriced starting point)
                  * Oriental Botanicals - Brain IQ

Haven't tried Nature's Own version, Bacoside A content is half per pill.

                  • @fat queenslander: Thanks for that,

Have you ever tried nootropics like Armodafil, Modafinil? And if so how does the afore mentioned compare?

I purchased Armodafil and Modafinil a few times however I crash soooooo hard. I cant bring myself to take it any more.

                    • @Archaleas: No, haven't tried any of the designer nootropics, micro-dosing etc. 'Take your pills' is a good watch on the subject.

Anyone cares to share experiences on nootropic fungi?

  • what is the actual delivery method?

is it 6 weeks worth of videos and content that you can access any time? how? via the website or an app?

or is it a 6 week program that runs from a start date to an end date?

    • It's a 6 week video+content program accessible via website. Doesn't have an expiry date as far as I can tell

      • Still hasn’t expired. Message me your referral link man
