personally wouldn't recommend since rx 570's have been going for around 200
    unless lp is necessary

    • I was thinking the LP may assist some with the Small Form Desktops that some have bought in the recent sales. I got SB an RX570 8Gb which does a fantastic job.

    • RX570 may have equal or better performance, but 1050 has a few other advantages.

Low profile is one of them, low power consumption and lower heat output are another two. This card can be powered entirely from the motherboard via PCI Express port, making it perfect to transform old $300 workstations into capable gaming rigs.

      • It also has an HDMI 2.0 output, so you can use it to get 4K into a modern TV/Receiver…

An RX570 has performance on average comparable to a 1060 3GB. This is a 2GB non TI card and is no way comparable.

agree on advantages but not performance

having said that not too sure if this is such a hot deal as there have been few LP 1050 for around that mark.

Spend a bit more for the 1060 imo. It was only $200 a few days ago.

  • I saw a RX 470 at Umart for $160. If power isnt a problem, the RX 470 is about 70% faster
