This is a very handy app. It works out for your limits and loan repayments for you as you bid at house auctions. Great if your like me and in the market for a house at the moment and have been attending lots of auctions. Worth the $1 its currently selling for at the moment.
It says its a launch half price special. The app came out last week so don't know how long it'll last for.

true, you should never go into an auction without doing your homework first. But what about when you need to bid just slightly over the limit to win, how much will bidding say an extra 20k add to your monthly repayments? this app will calculate that.

If you think you'll go over your limit, then get someone who isnt emotionally attached to the property to do the bidding on your behalf.
This app sounds great, but if I wanted to control my spending habits I would not use this site.
