    Got the switch smash console + the game and Civ VI + Hasbro Game Night for 549 the other night @ EB games but seems to be unlisted now. I'd wait for the prices on the switch to dip a bit more or just wait for a good bundle for xmas. These prices, esp for the smash pro controller, are good for price matching at EB though love making them mad ;)

    I just won a Switch. SSBU is the only game I'm interested in thus far.

    Do you expect this is the cheapest the game will be for a while, or is it likely to be cheaper around Xmas, Boxing Day or New Year?

    How much will I need the pro controller to play SSBU competitively?

    Are there any other Switch exclusive games I should check out? I don't want anything which would be better on PC. I'm into sports, gesture, light gun and survival horror games. Not wanting to spend a lot either.

      Nintendo games don't really go cheaper by much - think Zelda and Mario and they still hovering $69-79 after all this time do expect Smash to remain consistent as well.

      Second hand prices remain consistent $45-50 for these games too.

      Zelda would be highly recommended as Switch exclusive. Mario Odyssey is fantastic - movement is really great but feel it's a bit too easy.

      You can also play Fortnite and Warframe for free.

          Yes definitely borrow the game if you can - I've clocked 75+ hours on Mario Odyssey and still knocking down Zelda at 100+ hours - not speedrunning the game

          Worst case is buying it second hand at $50 and reselling again at $45-50 :)

                  @Scrooge McDuck: Check the classifieds to join a "family" group. I just recently joined one for $6.87/year shared with other members. Otherwise individually it's about $30/year

                  Fortnite wouldn't require online membership so completely free to play online.
