Just saying if you're gonna spend this much on a teley you might wanna think about getting the top of the line panel.
Samsung panels are the best? QLED is still just LCD with a backlight, which can't quite match the PQ of OLED. Their "true" (emissive) QLED is rumoured not to be coming until at least next year.
Get your facts straight.
Where would be the best place to see this TV upfront and maybe even compare to other TV's in the Sydney area?
Want to start really comparing TV's close up in person now instead of just from internet reviews and YouTube videos.
Really hate the OLED screen burn in which would definitely happen if I try to use it as a console or pc monitor but maybe as a standalone normal viewing for Netflix shows and YouTube maybe some sports it might do alright.

Burn in is not easy to achieve with these TVs. Furthermore the 2018 panels have increased pixel size to further decrease this risk. If you watched some news channel all day, constantly, with those static banners then I might get concerned. But console play is fine. I would take precautions if running it as a PC monitor by auto hiding the start bar, rotate desktop backgrounds etc etc.Real world conditions, it's not an issue.

I read through this one.. Appears it wasn't burn in but retention that was cleared after watching Netflix for a bit.
