If anyone asks, the Yealinks are pretty much rocksolid. Have quite a few of them at work and have had no major issues with them.

The only downer is they're a Cisco knock-off…

  They may have a few similarities, but they aren't just a Cisco knock-off, they run separate hardware and software, and they're going to be bringing out some new models soon.
