      Hi, We don't have any online, but can definitely send you some information. Please email [email protected] and they can send any information you'd like (specification sheets for products you're interested in).

      Here are the ingredients for our ORIGINAL + BBQ + SMOKEY + CHILLI flavours in both Jerky and Biltong; Beef, Salt, Sugar, Spices, Maize Protein Extracts, Worcestershire Sauce Powder, Natural Flavours, Vinegar.

      We don't use sulphites in our Jerky & Biltong and they are gluten free too. I hope that helps for now.
