  • Wow. Normally I have to pay much more than that for arse!

    • A friend of mine was wondering how much is it normally?

        JV's your friend?

  • $14ARSE

$14 for arse, don't know how you remain so tight while being so cheap?

    • +1

      I think it's 1 for arse.

      • Even cheaper.

  • Hi Tightarse, do you know how long we expect to receive this in the mail?
    great deal too :)

    • Dispatched within 24 hours, then up to the postal system. So guessing 2-5 business days.

  • "product that you are trying to add is not available" ?

    • Please refresh your browser and try again.

      • thanks.
got home from work, and it was all good.

  • coupon code almost reads like 'dollar in arse'.

  • Can recommend belong. Just be aware that you can’t use these for the port out port in for the JB Hi-Fi Telstra deal as belong is a Telstra arm.

Thank you and Merry Christmas, TA!

      And you :)

Thanks, I think I’m going to jump to Belong when this Aldi plan runs out.

  • Only shame bout this no international roaming but still tight price. Thanks!

  • Is this 15gb for 12 months or 15gb for 1 month? The description says month to month plan?

    • Pretty sure 15gb for 1 month

      • Ah ok, thanks, that's what I thought, I'm actually looking for a longer expiry but good deal nonetheless.

        • +4

I used my $40 credit to buy 4 months of unlimited text and talk plus 1GB data a month, that's a $10 a month plan. Plus I signed up under someone so got an additional $20 credit, then signed up my wife and parents under me… so I have about 10 months now for my initial $20 outlay. I think you can refer 10 people maximum. Unused data continuously rolls over.

      • sorry ive never used these starter kit but what happen after 1 month? do i need to recharge $40 each month to keep going?

        • Can change to a $10 or $25 per month plan, or leave it at $40. Depends what you need, it's all on the belong site

    • +1

Any unused data rolks over to the next month

  • Any good deals for the iphone XR to go with it?

Loving the Santa hat, TA. SanTA.

  • 10 bucks or no deal

As usual, your comment makes no sense whatsoever.

Deliberately reducing the price by $1 over new competitor

Isn't reduction in prices exactly the result we would hope for - competitors competing in a competitive market system ?

Also a great technique to bypass the negative voting guides

You can't really complain against adhering to the rules.

Thanks for finding a lower price OP.

  • So how do i transfer data to my existing account? Can i activate sim with same name and email?

    • same name, different email.

but as per their terms and conditions, you can only have 1 account per person (which is based off your email)

when you log into your account via the app or website, there is a gifting option.. you type in the number of who you want to gift it to, and it sends it on

  • Is this a prepaid service or month to month contract?

    • -1

      Prepaid

      • +1

I think its actually considered a month to month, but there is no lock in.

        • corrrect… month to month… not locked in

        • You might be right there Gravy, but i take it there are no porting out fees

          • @dingdong3000: I don't believe there are, although havent ported out yet. Didnt notice any mention of porting out fees though.

Don't forget that newcomers get an $20 additional credit to their account if they use another member's code when activating. The existing member also gets $20 credit. I assume this credit system is still working, I used it to sign my parents up about a week ago.

Grab a random OZB member's code for Belong at https://www.ozbargain.com.au/deals/belong.com.au#refinfo35

      cannot upvote this enough…
remember to use someone elses referral code when signing up.

I gave a (phillipino) guy who I work with a belong simcard, and my wifes referral… he didnt understand that it was a promo code, and thought it was a password, and he was surprised when he didnt need to enter it when signing up.

      • Yeah, if I remember correctly, when filling in your details at Belong, one of the fields is for "Promo code", it's here where you enter your referrer code.

Why buy this Kogan is far cheaper and more data, 99c for 50GB data and calls+ sms included for one month.

    • Does ot have international? You only need $5 extra for international calls on belong.

This is better you just need a 1 month burner and Vodafone coverage is good enough.

  • I missed out. :( Any chamce this will come back soon or is anyone willing to sell it if they don't need it?

  • Associated???

    • Be careful. This could be deemed a personal attack.

  • Ok admittedly bought one for no reason. What's so good bout it besides data banking and extra 20 bucks for newcomer referral? Postpaid is pretty bad if you forget to cancel or change to lower plan etc..

  • Belong should revise their plans. It's no longer competitive just look at Boost's latest offering.

    • Depends on your needs. $15 total cost for 6 months of unlimited Oz calls and texts and 1GB of data a month is not a bad deal in my book. That's if you sign up using another members code. Otherwise its 4 months.

      • 1gb 10bux per month is not good for most of people. My mother is on this plan and is perfect for elderly. The $40 plan should at least be 20gb i reckon.

        • Yeah… but this particular deal is $15 total for an easy 6 months if you sign up under someone else. So around $2.50 a month during that 6 months, then you can cancel it if need be.

  • Can you add international call in the middle or you billing cycle if you only chose small or medium plan without initially adding international call?
