    Cheaper than Xev?!+1

  • whats the difference with tt bh22

    • No hard case for BH047…

    • In reports I've read the BH22's come out on top for a more full sound and better looking too, more like the Bose in appearance.

  • what is "These words make up a sentence" means?

Making up the minimum characters for posting.

Is this a worthy alternative to the “my credit card won’t allow purchasing” Bose or Sony OzBargain favourites?

    • check amazon review:
perfect headphone,For my ears, this’s no difference with BOSE QC35 but only cost less than 100 bucks. Greatest purchase ever.

      • i dont know about these but i own tt bh22 and i ttried that next to bose in JBHIFI. there's a lot of difference in cancellation. in a shop Bose would cancel about 70-80% of the noise, while BH22 about 30%. TT only does base, white noise type of sounds, not the high pitch ones. Also when you turn on ANC, the sound quality and clarity is impacted

        • What about sound quality if I don’t care about ANC?

          • +1

@chewkl: Disclaimer: I'm not an audiophile. It does sound good and in the medium range. The bass isn;t very strong rest is good. I used to have a xiaomi bluetooth sports and it sounds better than those.

            • @cipher: Can link me those Xiaomi Bluetooth sports am interested in some budget over ear phones noise cancellation not needed just good noise leakage seal and good sound quality. Long battery life is a bonus

            @chewkl: I recommend BH028 then.

There is a special going on with it. Check Facebook post. It is pretty good deal IMO.

We have an Exclusive Deal for the group on the BH028 Headphones reducing the price from $59.99 to $39.99 with code EVHIYSRB
The BH028s have the same sound quality as the BH22s & BH040s and are a good deal for those that don't want or need ANC.
Feel free to share or post this deal anywhere you like "

        • Yeah I second cipher's comment. For almost $300 less I reckon the headphone is worth it. I own the BH22 as well.

          • @John: Yeah the price of the bose and Sony headphones seem like the pixel 3 equivalent of xiaomi or other budget smartphones.. I still don't get it and it is not like the performance can be measured like with a TV, gpu or console.. Imho the sound quality is already great on the BH22's

    • Oops! That deal didn’t come up on my search.

  • Looking on Facebook page, it indicates a special will be posted for TT-BH22 early next week. I will wait for that instead. Got the BH22 during the 12th year OzBargain special and been looking to buy another one. Husband uses Bose and said the sound quality for BH22 is almost good as Bose - but BH22 loses to the Noise Cancelling feature (covers half as well as Bose).

    • Yeah the BH22 has been rock solid for me also only gripe is it can connect to only one device at a time and you need to unpair each time you want to change devices.

Also active noise cancelling is sub par but honestly I like a bit of environmental sound awareness as especially at home I get called a lot from across the house so ANC would be counter intuitive for that use case scenario which would be 75% of it's usage if not 90% with the rest walking around town and on the train.

      • I know what you mean, prefer moderate noise cancelling myself. I just don't feel comfortable not hearing anything for the surrounding environment, it is quite dangerous really. Whenever my husband has it on, I have to wave at him like a maniac or softly touch his shoulder. Not at all practical - especially since he uses it for travelling/flying.

I didn't know bout the one device pair concurrently part. That could be annoying.

        • Yeah as someone who constantly switches between two devices (mobile and tablet) it can get annoying.

Was going to use for pc also but managing 3 devices gets tedious imho and the convenience factor gets washed away.

Having said that I would not spend at this current moment over $200 just for multi device connectivity.

In my experience the sound is ok but definitely not the fullest sound or wide range of sound I have heard in my experience wit headphones and other audio equipment but for now it will do.

      • Hmm I’ve paired mine with 2 devices without disconnecting each time i want to swap. Literally just stop the player from one device and press play on the other. I connect mine to a Lenovo Laptop at work and my iPhone. It works seamlessly.

        • Ok well I will give it a go again but have had trouble with two Android devices (Xiaomi Redmi Note 4X and a Huawei Mediapad M3)

Was not showing when turning Bluetooth on or selecting paired devices but they were both in range of each other so that could be why otherwise no idea.

    • I also got the BH22 recently and find them pretty comfy and the sound quality very good. However there is a significant drop in the sound quality when ANC is turned on, so I mostly leave ANC off. Has anyone else noticed that?

      • My husband mentioned that as well. The reduced sound quality is low, but noticeable if you pay attention. He loves the ANC so he has it on most of the time, the other times he has it off to have better sound quality.
