    I orded a shoe uding this promo, but no new from PUMA on delivery so far. So I called them this morning and now they are saying its stocking error.

    They are happy to refund my money which i dont want as i have to full price for the item again.

    Any suggestions?

    Here is extract from the email response from PUMA

    It seems the IGNITE LIMITLESS SR-71 BLK (9) was unable to be found when the warehouse went to pick the item. We are currently working on trying to locate the stock. If we can locate the stock we will place a new order on your behalf to have it shipped out to you ASAP. If we cannot locate the stock we will process a refund accordingly.

    We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience here. We are working with the warehouse to improve the systems causing this issue.

    We are working as fast as we can to get an outcome and will update you ASAP on that status.

    I got a shippit notification about a Couriers Please delivery that has been "In Transit" since 13 Dec.

    They are collectively useless, no answers from anyone after follow-ups.
