  • nevermind :)

  • adioso should really add tiger to its thingos.. as it is i book a lot of flights and i end up using adioso and then tiger also, tiger being cheaper in 99% of cases.

Hello! We do have tiger in our thingos, if I've interpreted "thingos" correctly as our list of airlines? Is there a case when you're noticing Adioso not finding Tiger flights? Lemme know if so and I'll see what I can do!

      Cheers,

      Fenn.

    What's summer?

I'm assuming their bad pun of "Fare-well" is referring to goodbye to summer, which admittedly ended some time ago. They're a bit slow off the mark :)

phew, got in before it got Ozbargained.

  • Travel Dates?

    • there are too many to list. just visit the sale page.

There's 3 ranges - see the Jetstar link for a full summary. Either that or adioso keeps track of which exact days have the cheap fares for the earlier ones (next 3-4 months).

      • I notice sydney to christchurch has a sale going but Adioso doesn't reflect it.

Does the fares on Adioso update automatically or manually ?

        • +1

They update automatically, but it can sometimes take a little while. Also, at the moment, we only look about 4 months ahead (so July currently) so if the really cheap fares are after that, we can miss them in some cases.

We're working on expanding that out ASAP.

  • Is there a way of changing the currency to AUD? I want to buy a one way ticket for return from Bangkok to Melbourne and it comes up in Baht. Can I use AUD to pay for it?

    • sure, u can.

      • How do I change it?

  • I search "sydney to queenstown july" in Adioso and it gives me sydney to singapore in july, why?

  • Great tool. While I appreciate the need to focus on the total price of the fare, unfortunately the cheapest options often include multiple transfers especially on international journeys. Could I suggest including a filter to limit the number of flights on a leg of a journey to cater for families or people with time restrictions.

You can actually do this too! (though we don't do a very good job of letting you know this). If you specify maximum number of stops, ie: "Sydney to Hanoi 1 stop" (http://adioso.com/au/sydney-to-hanoi-1-stop) that should give you what you want. You can also say "direct" if that's your preferred option.

Additionally, you can also sort the results by route (which will put the shortest ones first).

We're cleaning up the interface for some of this stuff at the moment - Thanks heaps for the feedback!

  • Just got Sydney to Honolulu return for $780
