    I was thinking the same thing. You could get this years model with a separate soundbar for less if you shopped around. Not sure why you'd pay this much for last years model.

        No the lower model minus the sound bar. Then just buy a sound bar separately and you're ahead. I don't think there are any other advantages really.

      I did. But now learning it lacks codecs so can't play DTS audio etc. Considering returning it.
