Shame they don't fly direct to Kuala Lumpur. A bit more expensive to get to Laos.

If anyone does not want their Perth - Melbourne flights or Melbourne to perth flights (one way or return), happy to pick them off you for reasonable price.
You pay the fare difference so there's no point. Unless you're planning to fly under someone else's name.
Permitted upon payment of the applicable Change Fee and Fare Difference within Change Deadline.
What does the last bit even mean, do you pay the fare diffrence of when you first booked and changed name ?
My understanding is you pay the difference at the second you change the fare ownership. So $100 at that moment means you pay $95 extra, Plus whatever else they charge for changing the starter fare etc.
In other words, they're preventing scalpers and profiting themselves from people's mistakes.
