The App has screenshots of a map from what appears to be China, are these rebranded? The tile supports 12 months whereas yours supports 8 months, so that doesn’t seem true. I am not sure about the rest of your points. The app does look nice and clean but there’s just very little information about your company, unfortunately.
fyi, new tiles launched a month ago now have user replaceable batteries!
@Snagseb the battery life is 8 to 12 months. However, we prefer to advertise as 8months. In addition, we provide a free replacement battery included in the pack.

Why does the Appstore screenshots for this app have Chinese screenshots?
To be fair, they could have outsourced the development of the app to China. Since they’re still starting up, let’s give them time to look over these little issues and how they market their brand to compete.
Edit: it might we wise to spend a decent amount and hire a ux designer. The app needs further work design wise
