EDIT: It seems their reseller's list is only for USA, I'll see if I can find a UK one :)

From what I see, they're not an authorized reseller. Be wary that warranty probably won't be applicable, and I've had to get my CX300IIs replaced twice.

    • the items from this store are genuie for sure,i bought from here many times and all items were great :) communication was very good and helpful, however it took long time for item to arrive here.

      • How many days?
Edit: Site appears to be down atm. =/
        It's up again.

          ..about 20-30 days T___T

I'm not doubting the quality of the product, I doubt My Memory would take the risk of selling counterfeit Sennheisers. However, I remember reading that to get warranty from Sennheiser, you need to purchase from an authorized reseller.

      Techmate, go Email Sennheiser UK
Since the time I've emailed them before, sennheiser.co.uk seems to have changed their layout a bit…
Try that, ask about mymemory.co.uk if you think my email was photoshopped (I know about the spelling error..blame the pom)

      Regarding warranty services…
Techmate, I've had a refund from mymemory before, email a scan of your postage receipt and they'll refund your postage to you. When they get the item they'll either refund your faulty product's full price or send a new one out to you.
Also, they sent out a package to the wrong address [their DB said some random address in Mascot, sydney], a chat with them on their online chat support thingo seemed to work out and they refunded me after I forwarded the confirmation emails of my order being processed to my address [not to some random mascot address].
Since then, I've bought 5 pairs of earphones off them (not all for me..) and 2 headphones (1 returned, 1 going strong)
EDIT: Oh… someone found my old link :P

Where did you get that? :D wasn't aware of any new 5% off codes since the BACKFORGOOD code expired :(

I found it on a forum discussing the legitimacy of these headphones. It doesn't seem
to be widely advertised, but has been available since March AFAIK.

        • Nice, thanks :D

I've had 3 pairs of cx300 II's over the last 2 years. Beware they WILL fail (the left one always goes first) within the first year and you will have to send them back.

I'd be cautious because of this, shipping costs back to the UK and being without earphones for a month or two.

Although i'm sure every earphone has a similar fail rate.

    • scan your postage receipt and email mymemory, they'll refund you the postage costs.

    • Hmm, I have had my cx300 II's for well over a year, use them almost every day and they are still working great! Maybe I just look after them better :P

  • about half the price cheaper in amazon.co.uk , am I allowed to post the link here?

    • Does Amazon ship to Australia? They normally do not for electronics. There are other online retailers that have Sennheisers but they do not ship to Australia.

      • Yes they do. but you have to find the suppliers from Amazon EU S.a.r.L. instead of the normal ones. I have no idea how much the shipping cost but it's cheaper than the one posted here.

Its been at this price for a long time.

    • that's what i though

  • I don't know about you guys, but I don't really find the asymmetrical cables useful at all and can sometimes be quite annoying. They should really make the symmetrical alternative available as well.

    • +1

hate going around the neck for these
like the CX500—> they are asymmetrical/Y corded

      • I used to hate them, before i bought my cx300's (reluctantly), but now honestly my viewpoint has changed. I love the asymetric cable, its so handy for getting to uni/walking around when theres always people to bump into and talk to, being able to pop the earphones out for a bit and then back in is a timesaver.

  • When everyone has a smartphone of somesort, why don't more earphones have bloody microphones integrated?

I bought these from mymemory last year and they are great. Not a particularly special deal though, they always sell them around this price (and occasionally under £20).
