Not to neg this post, just to share personal experience.
I booked return flights with Hainan airline for my family to visit me this year.
The flight to Melbourne was delayed 6 hours due to engine mechanical errors, better safe than sorry I guess.
Family arrived in Melbourne spending time together.
Then later one day received an SMS, flight departing Melbourne were cancelled and no reason were given, fine, rescheduled a different time.
Few days later received another SMS, the rescheduled flight got cancelled again, at the end I have to ask them to reschedule the flights with Southern China airline instead.
Bit of bad luck maybe, hope don't happen to anyone else.
