Optus Network 4G MNVO - They have increased the amount of data now, previously was $170 for 180GB, now 205GB and was $205 for 300GB, now 375GB!

$135 for 80GB data (6.6GB/Month for $11.25/Month)

$170 for 205GB data (17GB/Month for $14.16/Month)

$205 for 375GB data (31GB/Month for $17/Month)

You will get a voucher code from this deal to use on catchconnect website: (catchconnect.com.au)

Club catch membership required.

Things to Note:
Step 1: You have to PURCHASE the voucher from Catch by 11am 28th January 2019 (Catch Club)
Step 2: You have to USE the voucher to order the SIM / Service by 11am 2nd February 2019 (Catch Connect)
Step 3: You have to ACTIVATE the SIM within 30 days of ORDERING the SIM.

So the theoretical latest date you can activate the service would be Monday 4th March.

Downsides:
1) $10 a GB if you go over your quota
2) They are NOT correctly registered with the TIO - any complaints get sent to Optus. Optus however, has no ability to fix the Catch issues. They have been reported to the ACCC for misleading advertising and to the ACMA for failing to the registered with the TIO in their own right. The TIO seem to think it's not their issue and attempt to send it to State-based fair trading or back to Optus.

Personally, I don't mind this. Before they increased the data, I signed up my brother and both parents, and the SIMs have arrived, they will activate in Jan. Then today my girlfriend signed up as well, she was paying Vodafone $60 a month for on her iPhone 6s 2yr contract which ends in Feb, amazing what changes have happened in two years.

Myself, I was with Catch for 3 months for $15 which was a previous promo, just switched to Optus for a month so I can port back as a new customer and get the $205 deal. I have been SIM slutting for years now, but at this price, it's not worth the hassle anymore.

      It says you enter the coupon when you purchase the plan to receive the discounted price.

    Anyone with experience using Optus network in Adelaide?
    Currently with Kogan and my plan expires in early Feb … this deal seems to have more data for less money (205$ for 375G/year at Catch vs 254$ for 20G/month on a yearly plan with Kogan)… 50% more data for 50$ less per year.
    And … what is TIO?

    QUESTION: I need to order four of these vouchers for four different family members. You can only order one of these vouchers per transaction, as per the T&Cs. However, I noticed that there is no mechanism disallowing you to purchase additional vouchers via separate transactions using the same Catch.com.au account. If I do this, will Catch.com.au dishonour sending me the remaining three 50% off voucher codes for use with Catch Connect?
    So, the question I am asking is do I need to create three more Catch.com.au accounts just to be safe? Keep in mind, the deadline for ordering these vouchers is tomorrow at 11 AM.

    To clear things up I rang Catch. You can purchase different vouchers on one account. You can not purchase 2 vouchers for the same deal. no 2 $99 vouchers but one $99 and one $135.

    Found something weird going on with the catch connect website - not sure if others with a voucher code are experiencing this also.

    Managed to get a code when the club catch membership was not required for the 365days/205gb deal. But the voucher code works on any 365 days deal i.e. 80gb, 375gb etc.

    Wondering if the codes are generic?

    What is the most you can stack with this prepaid plan?

    I know Kogan is max 1 year or 365 days because if you try to add more it just replaces the plan and the most you can buy and recharge in one go is 365 days so which prepaid mobile plan can stack more than 1 year.

    I would pay a little bit more if it meant I could stack 2-5 years in one go for peace of mind and super ultra convenience.
