WD 1TB 'Elements' External HDD $84 @ Officeworks from 14/4/11

53

I saw this deal in the catalogue starting from the 14th of April. I think it's a very reasonable price for a 1TB harddrive considering I paid about $119 for a Seagate 1TB on special about two months back at the same store, and its price hasn't budged since! Available in every Officeworks store depending on stock levels, according to the catalogue terms.

:| i remembered they're selling wd 1.5tb for $89 so do you really want to pay for this???

    • Agree, I was in store the other day and went for the WD 1.5TB one as well (but would have got the 2TB elite on clearance for $99 if they'd had any!)

NB. Both this deal and the WD 1.5TB are only USB2.0. The USB3.0 drives are more expensive.

  • "I paid about $119 for a Seagate 1TB on special about two months back at the same store"
2 months is a long time in computer age.
YES, Western Digital 1.5TB My Book Essential External Hard Drive $89 is better Value(Prefer the Book design as well)

I think HN is doing $89 for 1.5TB now.

  • When I bought the 2TB WD Essential for $99, I also saw 1.5TB USB2 for $89.

  • Sorry mate but that is no good. PCDIY in Melb have the Seagate 1TB external hard drive for $59.
