  I once saw a documentary on a woman who ate about a pound of cheese a day, or about 12 suitcases full of cheese a year (no joke) and I remember thinking how the hell do her bowels work with all that cheese?

  This has nothing to do with the post except that it reminded me because digestives were a biscuit she had with some cheese…..

  Do they help with digestion?

    Product and brand names aren't considered advertising claims, so they are legally allowed to mislead all they want in them.

    My understanding is in this case, no, they don't help digestion, although they may have thought so once upon a time.
