Price gouging? They can charge what they want for their exclusive titles. People continue to buy them. And we get prices better than America physically of late so diddums.

This is one of the best games for the system, definitely worth it, especially if you prefer digital.

Great game. Also got the 3ds at the sale last week, and this game is great introduction to 3D. What an awesome little machine the 3ds is. What other games would ozbargain recommend for this system?

Mario Kart 7 is the first choice.
A controversial choice this one, but Pilotwings Resort is quite relaxing and fun and for about $10 second hand is worthwhile. It also uses the 3D quite well.
Zelda Ocarina of Time and Majora's Mask are both good titles. Ocarina of Time is $19 at EB preowned if you're interested. I'd give them both a go if you didn't play them on the N64 back in the day. If you've already played them, then Zelda A Link Between Worlds is quite enjoyable. I find the 2D style super fun, reminiscent of the SNES era.
I'd also get New Super Mario Bros. 2, it seems to get pretty bad reviews, but I enjoyed it (I'm a huge Mario fan though). That said, most of the reviews criticised it for being repetitive (after New Super Mario Bros on the DS and similar games on the Wii and Wii U) rather than it being a bad game. I'd recommend it.
Super Smash Bros. would also be a good buy, as well as Mario Kart 7. I also enjoy Mario Maker (it's a steal at $19 at EB).
The Pokemon games are fun if you enjoy those. I find them a bit repetitive for my tastes, but I play them for the nostalgia effect mostly.

I paid $29 for my copy just a few days ago, damn. Oh well, I've had fun playing it the last few days though.

For those that are unaware ordering preowned games online with ebgames does not ensure you will recieve an original case, ebs preowned game cases are totally random. Some may not care but it really bothers me. You can check stock at your local store so you can check the condition / weather it includes the original case etc in person, thats what i usually do.
Completely agree, however, if you rock up in store with it they'll swap it over for you (provided they have stock) or return it and get your money back, minus postage.
Not a perfect solution, and it annoys the shit out of me that without a cover I get charged a "refurb fee" when trading, but that game then will not get so much as a photo copy of the real cover, and will cost the next guy the same as one with a cover, manual, and all would.

I would just order for pickup at a physical store and will check out the game when I'm there. It's easier than just hunting around for a copy.
Great game, one of the best on the 3DS, right up there with Mario Kart 7, however, if unless you want to replay it over and over, you're not gonna get much more than 5 hours or so out of it max.
Nah. More hours than that with Luigi as well and the super duper World 8 Crown level.
