10% off Catch Gift Cards, 10 per person, per day.
What's the catch?
You have to buy them from Australia Post..
Can only use 5 cards per transaction
Be aware you can only use a maximum of 5 gift cards per transaction
This is not actually true. They say that you can only use a maximum, but you're able to apply more than 5 when you're checking out.
Not in my experience though- I can use only 5 max
Thanks OP for the share and appreciate the goodwill.
Beyond hoarding your data and not deleting it, they've had significant data breaches which they get away with - https://www.abc.net.au/news/2015-06-02/catch-of-the-day-esca...
Wow, basically makes the 365 day small plan $90.
agreed. got my 5x 365 day plan vouchers today. bargain gods are smiling… can you pay by gift card if you use a voucher code at catch?
According to their gift card T&C you should be able to stack.
I can only see $199 for 365, why?
The half price catch connect vouchers are free which then reduces the prices on catch connect by 50%. You can't use gift cards on the catch connect website.
Actually I might be wrong last time. It seems like the voucher is being sold on catch.com.au; which means you can use gift cards to buy the 'reduced 365 day voucher' like other items. However I haven't tested whether you can use everything together.
Though According to their gift card T&C you should be able to stack.
The vouchers are 0 if you are a member. However after you use to buy the plan on catchconnect and there it looks like there is no option to use gift cards, only credit cards
@fozzie: I think you buy and pay for the $199 voucher on catch.com.au where you use the '$0' discount code as well as any giftcards. There should be nothing to pay when redeeming it on catchconnect.com.au
@MadMaxBargainRoad: No, I don’t think so as I have bought a few vouchers on catch, there was no option to pay for the plan there I’m afraid.
@fozzie: Hmmmm….. Interesting. I will test the check out.
@fozzie: Confirmed it worked as I described. The purchase of 365 Day voucher occurs within catch.com.au which means you can use any discount code, referral credit and gift cards.
@MadMaxBargainRoad: Hmm they must've changed it then? Do you have a screenshot?
Took me a while trying to find the file upload :/
@MadMaxBargainRoad: Thanks I just tried to add coupon on catch but it doesn’t work for me :(
@fozzie: See above screenshot
@MadMaxBargainRoad: You can use Catch coupon codes and gift cards to pay for the 365 plans if they're purchased directly from Catch.
You cannot however, use the 50% off voucher codes at Catch, they can only be redeemed at Catch Connect and the remaining balance must be then paid with a credit card.
@headphonejack: Have you tried punching in the voucher code on Catch? I didn't go through the entire check out process because my current Kogan plan expires late Feb so I still need to wait a couple more weeks.
@MadMaxBargainRoad: Yes I have. It doesn't work.
@headphonejack: Argh bummer. Thanks for the confirmation.
@MadMaxBargainRoad: Same here but thanks madmax. It says coupon not valid on catch.
So Im returning an item and might get something different of higher value. Do you think I could use giftcards to make up the difference?
You cannot use to buy the mobile plans. I just tried to buy and there is no option for vouchers. Such a shame as a $170 plan with 17gb would have cost only $153.
Hi, I didn’t buy but added it to my cart on the mobile app. I see you can add a coupon AND you can add a gift card.
EDIT: just read above. Properly can’t use the 50% coupon on the app
That’s right. Works perfect on catchconnect website though. I suppose half price is pretty good , considering Kogan is not offering bogof deals.
Anyone know if the 12month expiry can be extended to 36 months in line with most gift cards nowdays in australia?
