        "iTunes billing for Netflix is not available to new or rejoining Netflix customers. If you are currently billed by iTunes, you can continue to use iTunes billing until your account is cancelled." from Netflix site so just don't cancel your account and it will be fine

          So if you already are using iTunes for payment you are fine for now… At least I'm hoping long enough to chew into my existing $200 credit.. but I won't be adding to it.

    Just a heads up, it looks like Netflix is moving towards ending the ability to pay for subscriptions via Itunes. They'll likely grandfather people accounts in, for now, but it's worth considering how much iTunes credit you want stockpiled.
