    • Or if you buy 2x $750 GC’s, it would be another $150 off with a little left over on one of the gc’s!

      • With two cards?

        • Yep

      • sorry could you quickly explain the gift card stuff?

        • 1) You take your two amex cards to harvey norman. You buy two $750 gift cards. This will give you $150 back each gift card.

          2) Then take these two gift cards to domayne and buy the tv.

          3) profit

  • I think they've made an error in the description/it's a bit misleading. Motionflow XR200 = native 60Hz. Review for the equivalent US model here.

  • +1

I bought one of these just before Christmas for $1315 from the Good guys.
The TV picture is amazeballs however The android interface is a huge let down and I didn't expect it to be as bad and limited as it is.
Thankfully this TV has a Chromecast Ultra built into it which more than makes up for the GUI.

Using a PS4pro and playing games in 4K HDR is surreal. Shadow OF the Tomb Raider looks almost realistic in parts.

    • I have an older kdl65w850c and I love Android TV on it. Admittedly I don't have much experience with modern TV UIs, but I'm a fan of this. Has it gotten worse on newer models?

      • The problem i see with android tv on the tv. See what i did there? Is that it may not get updates later on and overtime it will slowdown. Whereas a basic tv os may not have the bells and whistles but it wont slowdown over time.

If you still want android tv os. Nothing a cheap tv box like vodafone tv for $72 cant fix.

  • Got it for 1420 from Harvey Norman today
