@Niczoom: Same. Bought a iPhone XS max 256gb at $1575.2 delivered using the eBay GC purchased during the Christmas Period (15% off). Combining trs for my upcoming trip overseas , the cost ends up $1575.2 x 0.85 - 179 (GST) = $1159.8 (44% off RRP/basically free upgrade from my current iPhone X after selling it).
That price is for 64GB.
256GB is $2019. Please correct your posting

This is a good deal. But new phones coming out next month. If you're an Apple user, sure go ahead. But others, I'd wait and see what the response is post Feb.

got my 512G version for only 1800. Very happy. It will be last long for more than 4 yrs for me.

My partner still on her iPhone 6 that she got from the launch week. She still happy with it, specially after battery replacement last month.
Probably the best reason to go iPhone. A 6S is still a very usable and capable device and was released in 2015 (Nexus 6P was, too) and I'd say it has another 2 years of life left.
This phone was hardly sold during Christmas period, so the price wasn’t jacked and even a tiny little bit cheaper then RRP.
The price I got is not the cheapest so far. The lowest was about $1780+ which can be searched on Ozbargain search bar.
It will be last long for more than 4 yrs for me.

Check again.. I was going to buy the XS 256 gb (not XS MAX).. And when I hit the confirm purchase button, eBay notify me that the seller has updated the listing, which apparently increase the price from $1838.49 to $1878..
If I was 5 minutes earlier, I would have gotten the $1838.49 with 20% discount.. but as of now, they have jacked up their price

Picked up XS MAX 256gb from luvyourphone (new condition) $1559 really happy with that! they still have some left I believe in different colors.
