Damn. Just bought Rise for $28.
Tbh it's the better game. Overall the quality drops through the trilogy.
Definitely agree there. Shadow had way too many collectibles and resources. You didn't even feel rewarded for finding them. It's just a checkmark.
Rise is still a good game.
regardless which you think is the better, Rise or Shadow, I think you're better off playing Rise first cause Shadow is more of a direct continuation than Rise was to the original. Rise is a lot more of a shooter than the first one was and Shadow is much less of a shooter than the first one was. There are a lot more puzzles in Shadow than Rise. But Shadow is a much prettier game and feels a lot bigger in scope with a bigger variety of environments. Feel like Rise is just snow snow snow.
Rise is a great game don't stress
Great game. Just finished it. If you’re a fan of the series we’ll worth the price. Or cheaper if you can get it. Bound to drop down further the next sale season.

Just finished Shadow on PS4pro. Played in 4K HDR and the game is beautiful AND engaging.
Waiting for Amazon AU matching the price….
