Fantastic price, most others I can find to Berlin are around $1300.

EDIT: commenters have noted it's partly operated by Scoot, although you'll get meal/baggage benefits as booked via Singapore.

    Yes, although one of the benefits of an SQ ticket is that you get the FlyBagEat bundle as standard (A little improvement on the Scoot standard, but not as good as a full service airlines which provide extra snacks, drinks and IFE).
