  Qantas don't fly direct from Brisbane to Bali, they're codeshares on Jetstar.

    Just have to watch those add-ons. I just checked MEL-DPS during the sale period:

    $296 Flights
    $92 20kg bags ($136 for 25kg)
    $22 Standard seat selection
    $28 Meals
    $19 Entertainment Screen
    = $457

    Still pretty good I guess.

    I recently flew Garuda from MEL-DPS and it was fantastic. Much more legroom (I'm 6"3'), all meals, drinks (6 Heineken's on the way over) entertainment, 30kgs luggage all included.

      And that is why it will always be my last choice airline - always with the sneaky add-on costs.

      Tried Malindo Airlines to Bali for the first time late last year. Full service with budjet airline price. Very impressive!
