How about the LG V30, the link says 15W so does this mean it will be charged at 5W?

    • Quick search found someone saying there was no difference between 5W and 10W but nothing conclusive. For the V30 to fast charge you will need a 15W.

      • Thanks Clear!

  • Will this work for a Pixel 3?

    • Only at 5W as the Pixel 3 requires Google-approved chargers. Besides the Pixel Stand, Belkin offer one as well.

      • this is interesting, I think the list attached by the OP shows Pixel 3 @ 10W, I think that's saying the charger can support 10W, but after reading articles for 20mins, you're not getting the 10W unless Made for Google certified…which is rare as of now, so everything outside of this defaults to 5W

I did read though in a reddit thread that the Choetech charger was significantly higher Amps than the other Qi wireless chargers like the samsung fast charger etc, about double but still about half the power throughput of the Pixel stand charger. Ppl were using the Ampere app to compare.

hope that helps…I'm also in two minds on this…can't be buying Pixel stand at $119!!!

    • Can a Choetech rep pls confirm what power throughput we'll actually get on a Pixel 3 ?

5W or 10W (as advertised it seems)…need to confirm what the Pixel device will actually allow to come to it, 5W (normal for all non certified chargers) or 10W (Made for Google, certified chargers only)

  • Doesn't come with a power brick, and the description implies that a QC power brick is required for some reason.

    • Most wireless chargers don't ship with power adapters. The reason it mentions QC is because to achieve 10W it charges at 9V.

  • Thanks OP, bought. Hope it at least is serviceable with my V30+ for lazy charges.

  • Does this make an audible sound when charging (when not using fast charge)? I bought a different one (cost way more too :/) and it makes an audible electrical sound when charging.

  • Which cashback are you referring to? Cashrewards or shopback?

    • Yesterday I would have said whoever you prefer but today Shopback given they have 12%.

      • Thank you :)

  • What's a decent priced power brick to use with this to enable fast charging on an iPhone X?

  • Coming up as $19.19. Am I missing something?
