I have to say, I was put off right away after going through the signup and receiving the email from Mastercard that just said "NO CODE NEEDED. LUCKY YOU."
Seems to be a scam by Mastercard to get your email address.
I have now unsubscribed to their emails, and going on the posts below, I'm having second thought about signing up with MyUS too.
Would this mean I could take advantage of US exclusive deals?
Would import tax still be included?

Horrible company. Avoid like the plague. They overcharge. Have lost multiple items through their warehouse that simply go “missing”. There are cheaper options.
Completely agree and had similar experience dealing with them. Always added extra charges to whatever estimate their website showed. If nothing else, they will just add boxes to existing packaging of the seller to increase weight and push over to next rate slab.
Happened to me. It was a horrible experience. They repacked an Amazon box with an additional box (whatever for)?
And they insist on opening EVERY package they receive. Beware- others have had new merchandise ruined by them. I got slugged by some export charge (never mentioned before till you cop it), which later I found out you can lodge it on the customs website for free, but they charge their own excessive fees.
I'm not using them anymore….whatever the discount!

Shop and ship. It's owned by a courier company called aramax (if I remember the name correctly). Used them for 3 years when I lived in Brazil. I used to pay flat rates and turn around time was very less. Customer support was courteous enough and didn't just copy-pasted portions of their t&c as replies.
And your cheaper options would be? Considering these guys charge for dead weight and not cubic weight - Also are you saying that the items went missing after shipping? (they provide tracking with Fed-Ex or DHL) interested to hear more about your missing items…
Used them several times in the past when amazon didn’t ship to Aus. Man the shipping rates were very expensive. Even smallish parcels were 5x what amazon used to charge for shipping
And just when you think their shipping is expensive, you get slugged with an extra 10% for GST on you entire cost at checkout.
My personal experience with MYUS has been great - no problems with 10 shipments being sent over the past 6 months, I always choose the Fed-Ex economy option and it's always been around 7 days until it arrives to a regional address which is pretty good… Items have been well packed and promptly sent after a ship request has been created (within 24 hours generally) Also the APP is handy as it lets me know as soon as a parcel has arrived - no problems here!
Becarefull with this company, the last time I took up this offer, an I immediately cancelled it, somehow they're still charging me for renewal of membership after 12months.
I wonder why debit card only and not credit card ? Maybe because buyer has much less options to recover money in case of a dispute.
Sweet, thanks for the reminder to cancel. I've heard mostly negative things about MyUS. One OzBargainer, who collects DVDS, had every single DVD taken out of its plastic! Why?
Hi Any suggestion for cheap delivery from UK. I miss sales from next.co.uk, they do have a website here next.com.au but they never had sale in last 5 years. And when there is sale (twice a year in UK) next sells amazing stuff for cheaps. I wish I could get this shipped here somehow.
