Watch your premium go up every year for no apparent season.

Oh there's a very good reason, executive bonuses.

The other good reason is the government approves the increases.

    • Isn't this standard for all providers? :/

  • i think all insurance do the same nowadays.

    • So I can save $400 every 60 days be continuously switching health insurers?

      • As long as "the Eligible Entrant must not be a current
policyholder of a product issued by nib
        (including Qantas Insurance, Suncorp,
        AAMI, Apia, International Workers or
Overseas Students products) at the time
of joining the Eligible Product, or have
joined and cancelled an Eligible Product
6 months before or during the Offer
        Period"

Same as gas or electricity providers. Just take advantage of the 'promos'. Once the cash or vouchers are received, switch.

    “It’s worth it”

    No, it’s not anymore actually…

  • So does this mean, sign up for hospital and extras, keep it until May 11th. During this time I can get new glasses and dental work with no waiting period and once it hits May 11 I get $200 back and can leave?

    • Sure, why not?

But the cash back is in the form of free months on the policy not actual cash back
