      They only started replying to me on my last order once I got paypal involved even then they made me wait another week for a refund, previously I received (eventually) everything I ordered

        Exactly same thing with me. Previous orders arrived, albeit a bit late most of the time, but my last 2 never made it.

        Opened tickets and got zero responses even after repeated emails. Got PayPal involved and they responded within a few hours, full refund and that was it.

        Don't bother with these shady shysters.

        Want colour zip ties, get them on ebay for about $1 and some change.

    buyer beware…zapals are untrustworthy and should be banned from ozb…far too many ozb members have not received orders

    1 out of 5 orders received here (all purchased oct-early nov last year)…first order was fulfilled and all subsequent orders non delivered.

      To be fair, If they have stopped sending, then it does need to be followed up. $1.94 X [% of on-line shoppers who order] can still equal a rather large amount, and spotting such trends and sharing them is a rather basic feature of OzBargain. We may be a very small part of the world market, but blacklisting here still has a rather salutary effect on traders…

      This is exactly their thinking and hopeful 1 out of 3 don't bother claiming a refund for such a small amount.

      Multiply that 1.94 by x,xxx and its not a bad little earner for running this rort.

      What's even worse is that they even stopped replying to tickets and emails.

      Doing that you end up paying more than double what is available elsewhere. Whatever they are selling is readily available from a host of other stores (Newfrog, Gearbest, Banggood) as well as Aliexpress and of course eBay.

    Agree with most others. Orders not received. Refunds received after Paypal involved.

    I've given the deal a negative because the seller has become dodgy, not because the items offered wouldn't be a good deal if they arrived.

    There is enough feedback from concerned Ozbargainers now that warrant this site either banning them or at the very least considering removing them.

    yeah, 5 of my last 6 orders didn't turn up, including one thing that I actually wanted. Reading all the hate here made me decide to follow it up. Came pretty close to just doing the dispute through paypal but decided to go through the formality of complaining to them directly first. I'll put the pay pal disputes through on Monday.

    Never had a problem with my orders until the last couple of months ago, but now with 5 orders still sitting at the Processing stage.
    Raised support tickets last week and will give it a few days before continuing with PayPal disputes.
