    Keep in mind this is a hammer drill mainly for drilling into masonry. If you want a standard one look at this deal which is very good value for money. Been using the impact driver all this morning to assemble flat packs without any issues.

    Do you know if 45Nm is sufficient for most things? Is there anything better available for same sort of money?

      There are many 18v/20v drills with the same or better torque ratings than this one, including those which share batteries with other tools if you expand your collection. Ironically, Aldi themselves sell a variety of 20v tools with interchangeable "Xfinity" batteries under the same Workzone Titanium brand.

        I bought this toolpro drill from SCA website (original post), used it over the weekend to drill into masonry and then to tighten a few screws and really liked it :)

  I don’t know about quality but I tend to think in the years to come it might be easier to have replacement batteries from Ozito or Ryobi than Aldi’s brand. Just my thinking.
