Have been using this for a few years now, really handy to have a little icon on the top of my laptop screen, just like the battery indicator on my mobile. Looking to purchase another pro license and noticed it was half price.

  Is there anything else that this offers other than a battery indicator which laptops should already have on the toolbar bottom right?

    I have my toolbar on auto hide to maximize my screen real estate, so it's nice to have a battery indicator that is always on top and visible without having to move my mouse to the bottom and hover the cursor over the icon for a few seconds to check.

    The free version gives you exact battery wear percentage as well as discharge / charging rates. It's handy to diagnose a damaged or dying battery. Not sure what the pro version ads.

    I have the pro license but I don't remember off the top of my head why I upgraded all those years ago. IIRC it was probably the themes and customisations.
