    Hmm, I'm guessing we need to be Corporate Express customers as it won't submit without a Corporate Express Customer Code.
    EDIT: Made a mistake, forgot to fill out another field.

      It did for me, you need to fill in all of question 1. The only one which can be blank is Address 2

    I got in around 10.10am, but no confirmation email - hope its ok.

    actually some useful stuff in it - some bits look overpriced like the post it notes

    other bits like the printable fabric name labels are actually pretty nifty - the sticky name paper labels always fall off!

    Got mine today. Loads of labels and misc. office nicknacks. The document wallet it comes in is probably the most useful. Good find ash.
