Can't deselect the 2M HDMI cable option.

    • sry, removed.

  • neither can i! sub total comes to $63.30 for me, adds $14.30 for a 2m hdmi cable
how does it compare to the popular WDlive? this doesn't seem to play WMV

    • personally, i wouldn't risk it unless you get some good 'independent' reviews…

i found some of the cheaper ones lack processing grunt and video/audio goes out of sync for some processor intensive formats such as MKV

      • MKV file work….checked.

    • sry option removed.

this device mostly like noontec A3 or astone EP-05.

but donot come with Internet function as WDlive, there are different level products.

I will test WMV file and reply for u soon.

      • this device mostly like noontec A3 or astone EP-05.

what does "mostly like" mean exactly ???

        • do similar jobs. made for same purpose.
they are all basic media player which used to connet twith TV.
and WDlive which u motioned before is higher level products.

"mostly like" from my experience tends to mean:
they're a similar type of product, but there the similarity ends, they use different components and are from different factories in possibly different countries, designed by different companies.

you know how a Kia Sportage and a BMW X5 are mostly like each other :P

  • is it the same as this one?

    http://www.dinodirect.com/hd-media-player-usb-k3.html?cur=AU…

Under $40 with free worldwide shipping

the dino one has a blue sticker on the top right, this one has a red sticker, so they are definitely not the same…

    • yeah, similar thing which the will shipping from HK.only not sure it is lastest vision as mine(full HD supprot).
also we have coverd by 1 year warranty australian wide, post form NSW which is faster than ship from HK and this price ($49)inc GST as well.

      • items imported from HK and < $1000 do not require GST for consumers…

        • And take a month to arrive as the HK customs xray everything.

Does it have a ethernet port? It mentions UPNP.

    • that just describe upnp function for help .

sry for misunderstanding,i will remove those words.

this device do not come with ethernet port and so UPNPfunction.

You need to mention if there is any extra shipping cost associated with this deal.

    • thanks for mention. done.

  • Note no digital audio except hdmi.

    • yeah. CVBS and YPbPr use same audio ouput(L and R).

  • psotage? you mean postage?
this is about half the price of the better units, so if you can live without digital audio/networking etc it might be ok, anyone found online reviews?

  • This is the link for the actual manufacturer http://www.diyomate.com/product/info.php?q=100
