No,only 3 available when I last checked this morning. 4 available yesterday.

$69.99 for the past 3 weeks at Amazon anyway.

    • Yeah.. sorry.. Got confused between the two.

Surprised no one has posted this for 3 weeks! Price is extremely good considering how much JB and HN want for it.

    Thanks OP

  • $156 for the newer version..

  • Dang got a pair. Had a $10 credit so only $60. I've already got a pair of QC35s but figure these will be good enough to throw in my bag when I'm out and about and I won't cry if they break.

  • +3

Ahh man I'd cave in if it had noise cancelling. I want it all lol

  • +1

    Battery life is amazing.

I'm getting almost 49-50 hours once fully charged.

Hope you guys on back order receive yours.

These headphones are one of the most underrated cans on earth.

New model just on sale so they are not making them anymore even out of stock on Marshall website.

    • These aren't Bluetooth. Op ones are.

    • Thats the wired version.

Bought these a few months back for $70. Great value for money. I'd rather NC but I'm happy paying less than half for what I'd have to for that, to get these. Great audio, battery life and impressive BT length.

If you've got a big head like me it might take a few weeks for them to stretch out, but after a while they're good. Very useful control on the left earphone once you've mastered them. Plus they look great too, and don't take up much room at all when folded up. I regularly get complements about how sharp they look.

    • Thanks for sharing your experience. Could you tell us about the pass through function - the ability to share what you are hearing to another headphone through the 3.5 mm jack. Have you tried it?

      • I hadn't done it before, but I just gave it a go with a Bose speaker. Didn't notice any loss in audio quality, and no delay between the two.

The only grievance I have, it just came to me, is the power button. Realistically most people will have to press it with their fingernail, as the light is probably a touch too close to the button. But that's all I can think of.

  • Good deal.

Just wanna say that I have no idea how anyone can wear on-ear headphones. I can't take more than 15 minutes before my ears ache for freedom.

    • Sounds like you've used bad/uncomfortable ones. Some good ones don't even know your wearing them.

    • This is how I felt with in ear until I got a good pair of around ear.

      • What you get?

        • My first good pair was Bose oe2 bt. From there I got qc25, 1000mx1 and a pair of sennheiser 4.40 for everyday use. It's crazy because the sennheiser were the cheapest, they sound the best imo, they last the longest, and show the least signs of wear. The Bose are the comfiest headphones I ever wore, far easier to wear long sessions than my jabra 65t fo example

          • @onlinepred: Yeh, Bose aren't bad per sé, just way overpriced. I have sennheiser HD500's that are now 15 years old and they sound as good as day one.

Far and away the most comfortable headphones I've used are my Audio Technica ATH-AD900X's. They have a winged headband that you barely even feel you're wearing them.

            • +1

@Skinnerr: Yea for sure haha, I used to have a pair of old Philips that had that double band style. I was referring to wireless headsets though, as they have more weight on them, and generally have to be more styled and compact than wired headphones.

              • @onlinepred: Ah fair enough. I've only ever used cheap wireless < $50.

                • @Skinnerr: Oh man I love wireless, got my good cans at home for when I watch a movie etc, but for day to day listening podcasts/music/audiobooks - not having wireless is a god send, when I got into BT headphones 7 years ago, it was one of those things where I felt like BT really progressed and this was the future (not for hardcore audiophiles yet). All the cheap buds/headphones I bought have been pretty trashy.

  • Thanks OP bought one.

  • Looks like a good price, cheers

  • +2

I own the wired version of these… uncomfortable is an understatement… even my 10 year old daughter thought they were uncomfortable with her tiny head.

    They sound unbelievable though.

  • +2

Fake Marshall headphones have flooded the market. Be careful when you buy off amazon or ebay from not so popular sellers. Check immediately with Marshall and ensure the product you bought is not fake. One test I did and found the Marshalls I bought are fake is whether they are able to connect using aptx and there is a QR code under left ear cup. You can also try sending any batch numbers to Marshall. You can also check the packaging. Does it have any spelling mistakes, etc.

this one is being sold by Amazon commercial so should be fine

  • Bought one, couldn't resist. thanks OP.

Do these have a mic when you aren't using the cord? Would the mic be okay for gaming? Also wondering if latency is an issue with a BT 4.0 dongle. These appear to support APTX but not much else does

    • +1

I don't know what that second bit is but yes they have a microphone. I've never used the microphone for gaming but nobody has ever had any problems hearing me during phone calls.

I've used them for light online fps gaming and not noticed any delay.

  • Thanks a lot!!

My ears hurt just by looking at this

  • How would these compare to the NC taotronics?

  • +1

Dammit, I caved in and bought one for the collection…

    • Same. Collection gets bigger ever year.

  • I have a pair of these and theyre great. the battery life especially is insane. Great i can pretty much grab them and not worry too much about charging.

  • I am unfamiliar with the subject matter so I was wondering why prefer the Marshall Major II over the Jabra Move Wireless for $87 delivered?

The Jabra is a little bit more expensive but it's in-stock and seems to be better rated by techradar at 4.5* vs 3.5* for the Marshall Major II.

    • +2

Battery for instance. 8hrs on jabra vs over 30 hrs on the marshall

    • +1

I've got the Jabra's and they sound great. Keep in mind though that the ear cushions get ruined super quick. Must be the cows that John West rejects that they use for the leather coatings…

  • Cannot see it at that price. Even when I click on 'other sellers' on the right side it doesn't that at the price quoted.

  • i think they are pulling it offline…
last night i checked still got the price but with "shipping from 1 to 4 months".
Now just can not find it anymore…
last night did not make up the mind to buy it…..

  • Yeah… as per a couple of previous comments I can't see this price even using "Other Sellers" link. Can someone confirm if this has been expired or point me to the right comment?

These headphones are FAKE that's why they are selling it for only $69.

here is the link where you can find the difference between real or fake

    Cheers!!!!!

    • the seller is MARSHALL

  • These headphones are FAKE

    Wrong!

They are not faked. I got mine from Amazon.

that's why they are selling it for only $69

    Wrong!

Clearance price as a new model just on the market.Already sold out even on Marshall website.

Ask your seller if the product is authentic or not

No,I trust the items sold by Amazon.

Plenty of fake ones on eBay actually and prices from as low as $29.00.

    Have a nice evening :)

sooo… bit of a wait with this one…

    • +2

Yeah true. There is no information about the delivery. Been waiting for ages

  • +2

Its been 11 days since my order was placed, but no info on shipment. Anyone here received it yet?

  • +1

Almost 3 weeks and still waiting for Amazon stock.

  • I too ordered and have been waiting nearly 4 weeks now, contact support and they will tell you to order from the global store (https://www.amazon.com.au/dp/B01BVD3IT4/) and either discount the order or refund a previous order! They refunded me priority international shipping ($42.28) and my previous order of $53.69, bringing total cost from $149.81 to $53.84!

    • Could you please clarify for me? Did they refund you the previous order and discount the shipping and price of the new order to match the price of the previous order?

      • As of yet they have not discounted the shipping price, I only opened this ticket last night and have been in contact with them for about 11 hours. They have refunded my previous order already, I have been guaranteed that they will refund the entire international priority shipping price. As far as I am aware they aren't matching the previous order, they are just refunding the entirety of the shipping.

        • Does that then mean you'll pay $103.30 instead of $69.99?

          • @eediot: Sorry, I haven't been very clear! I ordered this item for $69.99 as per the deal above, never paid as it never shipped. When I opened this ticket, amazon support refunded in full another order for a pair of shoes which I have already received, I cancelled my unpaid order for these headphones and ordered from the global store. Thus I received a free pair of shoes, and yes, paid $103.30 for these headphones once amazon refund my shipping costs.

            • @krazykonr: So they refunded the shoes to make up the difference in price or was there an issue with your shoes?

              • @eediot: Absolutely no issue with the shoes, was to make up the difference I believe

                • @krazykonr: Ahh cool, thanks for explaining. Let us know how you go.

  • I'm actually thinking of cancelling these and going for a pair of bh060 taotronincs. Can anyone give any insight in why this would be better?

    • playtime

  • Following on from @krazykonr comment above, I too emailed support and they were very helpful. They told me to cancel the order, and place another order with priority shipping. They also confirmed that they will refund the difference plus the cost of the priority shipping. Icing on the cake, the gave me a $10 promo for my "inconvenience" which makes the headphones even cheaper. I've done what they said and currently waiting for the refund. Hope this helps out anyone that's sick of waiting!

  • They treated me a little differently. Issued me a gift card for the difference in price between the current US price and the order price. Told me not to order until I had received it. By the time I got round to ordering them, the US price had dropped another $12 or so. Can't complain!

  • Yep, following up ended up being refunded the difference only! Still good as I received them today and were decently cheap!

    • I think a mistake was made on amazons side in this process, but so far I have been refunded a lot.

So total cost in the end = $149.81 (new order cost) - 79.58 (refund on a pair of shoes which had 0 issues, was to balance the difference between orders) - 50 (goodwill refund on my order for a switch a couple years ago, no issues with it at all) = $20.23

I mean morally I feel bad, but on second thought large corporations like amazon can probably wear these costs.

  • How did you guys email them? I got told to wait and got 10$ promotional credit and thats it. Stil waiting for mine. For those whoe received it. Are they good? Worth the money?

    • I only got $10 credit as well they said they cannot match or refund the difference

    • Received a gift card of $59.91 credited to my account, and asked to order a unit from the International store.

I didn't ask them for anything, left it to them to provide a solution.

      • They reply they can refund the difference but only for the white one sold by Amazon AU. But I don't want to white one. For those who are OK with white one, that's good. I still have to wait though.
        https://www.amazon.com.au/gp/aw/d/B01M6DMHXO/ref=ox_sc_act_i…

        • I ordered a Black unit originally (don't like the White, but there is also a nice Brown variant), and then used the gift card $ to place and order from the US site.

You must have come across a particularly anally retentive, imbecile of a support person.

  • I got $20 credit and been told that they cannot match or refund the difference…

    • Same like me

  • looks like they are back in stock now!

  • Finally, a delivery confirmation.

Please be advised that we have a revised delivery date for the items you ordered on 16/02/2019 (Order #xxx).

"Marshall Major II Bluetooth Headphones, Wireless On-Ear Headphones with Built-in Microphone and Control Knob, Black"
    Estimated arrival date: 28/03/2019 - 02/04/2019

  • So I got the weirdest email. They said my offer was stuck and that they cancelled it but I have to reorder and they will credit me back

  • I went through help and got $10 credit and a personal assurance they would look into it… Otherwise now in stock to ship so I guess one month later and $10 off if it arrives I'm happy?

  • I managed to swap mine to the USA order via global store as others had but with difficulty a week ago. They said they would cancel the headphones from the AU store for me and then never did and were then due to arrive this Friday. [Prior to this I was told May 22nd] and I wanted these for studying so sooner the better. They never cancelled the original order as promised so I have to wait for them to refund me as they have taken my money for the order. They had not been shipped and took over 20 minutes on the phone to resolve and cancel. I will get my headphones now in 2 weeks instead of Friday as well as awaiting the refund for the original headphone purchase. The rep even had the nerve to say to me the charge is pending, but this still makes the money not accessible to me (Student) and will take a few days to come back to me. I hope the headphones are worth it.

  • Mine arrives today

  • Mine arrived today, not bad having it delivered from NJ, USA to Perth WA in just over ~5 days!

  • Arrived today. Soundstage is a little narrower than expected (my other cans are HD-25 classics) so hopefully the cans will warm up after being worn in. Otherwise nicely made. Can't complain for $59 after the credit.

  • Looks like I got a faulty one. No power light at all, no charging light when plugged in, original cable was OK as I tried on other devices. Looks like a faulty battery.Does any one have the same problem?

  • Just got mine from Back Order…At that price it was well worth the wait…
