      That's the 'As New'. If you check the drop down boxes next to the phone, they have 'New Condition' & 'Near New' listed. The near new one is $50 cheaper.

  Whenever I see a refurb phone deal, I click on to see if someone'd say what I am about to say, guess I have to start it.

  I don't understand why people would spend ~$1000 on a second hand phone.
