      Care to link?

    • Definitely genuine? I remember some talk earlier on about the cheap ones on eBay being fake.

      • Any link/post on how to tell if you've got a fake?

  • Possible to get fake from Amazon???

    • If it is supplied by Amazon (as opposed to being sold through Amazon), then I would say no.

    • Amazon did a massive recall 18 months ago for that very reason. They unknowingly sold fakes. lol

      • Might be worth noting that those were not supplied by Amazon, they were sold through Amazon by a third party.

  • Pink model is $59.58 https://www.amazon.com.au/Honeywell-Amplification-Electronic…

Impact Pro is $85.19. I think I would recommend it for $18 difference.

For a point of reference, I paid US$93.63 for 2 Impact Pro shipped to AU 2 years ago.

Yeah, looking at the design of the Pro I would probably go for it over this. I have this Impact Sport and the 3M Pro Tac II. I find the Pro Tac II a lot more comfortable than the Sport thanks to the deeper earcups, which the Impact Pro also has.

Clamping pressure on the Impact Sport is really high too, which is quite uncomfortable. I had to stretch my headband out a bit to make it more comfortable.

      • Good info and I'm sure it will help others in the similar boat.

  • Is this for impact sports or is that just the model name?

    Genuine Q

    • +3

      It's for shooting sports.

They're also good for (spectating) motorsports but people might make fun of you.

      • +2

        I won't hear them.

        • +2

You will with the dual stereo microphones increasing communication and awareness.
