Just finished looking too, couldn't see a single Wiltshire branded knife.
Can confirm nationwide. Saw the tag at my local store in NSW, but nothing left on the shelf.
They also had 26cm Wiltshire Frying Pan for $10 (Was $40), Muffin and Cake trays heavily discounted.
PS: They didn't have enough stock to post as a deal

knives can either be sharp or durable. greater the sharpness, lower the durability. You cannot have both no matter what price you pay.
You mean edge durability. Better specify.

Yes you can… Carbon steel knives like aogami blue steel and the more expensive white steel
except be prepared to drop some serious dough
If these are "laser edge" mine must be whatever is better than laser..
Just in case anyone else thinks to look, I couldn't see it on the Woolies website (am based in Melbourne eastern suburbs if that makes any difference!).
