    Staff definitely know it's in error, there was like 12+ bottles behind the counter.

    • When I picked up mine there she said they’d had 6 orders and the ones that were confirmed could pick up. Only 1 missed out apparently

      I sent him a message asking if he had the receipt, he said he doesnt, and that if I don't like his ad I shouldn't read it. So I asked him how I would know if I don't like it, before I have read it?

        And nope, he said I was lucky to be there on time, because he was about to cancel every orders.

  • Pickup refused at store. Those who haven't picked up don't bother going, save your time and fuel.

      • Campbelltown NSW. Quite dependent on when staff read communication from HQ. This store has no customer so staff have nothing better to do.

        • Ring up head office and have a whinge, I had a similar issue with that store in the past. Ditto with Warwick Farm.

          • @mini2: SCA was quick to cancel the order but after 1.5 hours it still hasn't sent me an email/SMS, called me, or issued a refund. I called customer service and received the standard apology (sorry but unfortunately… computer error… beyond our control) and an estimate 1-2 business days for refund. At least The Bad Guys were quick to send out cancellation emails for their price errors.

            "Beyond our control?" What baloney! Their computer systems are 100% within their control and 0% within my control. I am negging this deal because of insufficient communication, the refusal at the counter, the delay in issuing refund, and for telling lies on the phone. I didn't expect them to honour a price error but I have received very poor customer service.

  • Picked up from Alexandria. Guy there told me they'd had 30 orders already in a few minutes. No resistance in picking up though.

  • Picked up 10 min ago Brookvale NSW store, guy said 600 bottles got ordered through. They seem to be honouring orders that they already sent out notifications for.

              @ls123: Picked up. Initially said head office said don’t give out the goods. Then I mentioned that I had the ready to collect email, and that apparently they are honouring it for people who got that email. They then just gave me the oil haha.

    Another customer before me had the same problem.
    Both of us received SMS to say it was ready.

    These guys are doing a Good Guys with the Xbox One X.

    • That is kinda BS…fair enough if they haven't yet processed it and said "ready to collect" text message. But if it's already processed and declared ready, I think it's poor form to then mess the customer around.

      Totally bad form. Once they confirm it's ready to pick up there's no way out for them. At that point they have accepted a contract of sale.

      If they still want to back out they would at least be found liable for damages - your time and cost of getting to their store.

      Did they tell you what the head office directive was?

      • Ashfield said I'm confirmed when receiving the confirmation email … if you don't receive the email expect your order to be cancelled, not sure if that's a HO directive

        • I have received a confirmation text message to pick up, and also an email saying "Sales order confirmation" and another email with "Your Order has Been Processed" with an invoice attached.

          So I could still be cancelled?

  • Got SMS went to pick up and didn’t honour. Fair enough. Annoyed they still sent the sms to pick up though. Now I’ve wasted fuel and my time
